Welcome to SKG Psychology!

My mission is to help people navigate life's challenges from the inside out. I want to help you get to the root of the issue to create lasting change. I do this by creating a casual yet professional environment that allows my clients to open up and be honest - this is when the magic really happens.

Whatever it is that brought you here - I am glad you made it!

Hi! I'm Stefanie -

a Registered Psychologist and it's a pleasure to meet you! I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at McGill University in 2018. I have since had the privilege of working with individuals in academic and private practice settings.

I love working with people to help them navigate through the many challenges that life can throw our way.

I strongly believe in evidence based approaches and draw from my training and experience to customize a therapy experience that is right for you.

I value your input and expertise as a client and aim to create a relationship that is collaborative, authentic, and honest.

Who Can Benefit From Therapy?

Maybe I am biased, but I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy.

I have experience helping people with a variety of concerns, such as trauma, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, boundaries, assertiveness, family of origin, career challenges, and relationship issues.

So, whether you have it mostly together, or not at all - I’m here to help.

An Integrative Approach to Therapy

I use an integrative approach, which means that I draw from several different theories and approaches. Each person has unique goals and we can work together to determine the right approach for you.

A few of these approaches are:
